Item Desciption- We take our responsibility to provide accurate product descriptions seriously. our costs are fully displayed agianst each item, and the postage is calculated based on your overall purchase value. This is shown in the Postage Rates Box on the home page.

Data Protection- By placing an order with ourselves you are giving us permission to contact you using these details to inform you of new lines or of our own promotions. we will not pass on your details to any third party. Your details will be stored securely.

7 Day Refund Period - Should you change your mind and want to cancel your order you have 7 working days to notify us. You will need to return the item(s) at your expense, and the refund will be given using the same method as your original payment. The item price will be refunded. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Policy if stock is ordered in specifically for a sale.   Payment must be made upfront for the whole order.  Should we agree to order items of stock in for you, and you then wish to cancel the order a 25% charge will be incurred. 

All Personalised items are non refundable.

Damaged Items - Whilst we do take every care to store and pack our items carefully, there are ocassions when items get damaged in the post. In this instance please notify us imediately to agree an exchange or refund.  We do ask for photographic proof of issue.

Delivery of Orders - All none personalised orders will be sent second class unless agreed in advance to send them first class. We aim to send all orders placed before 1pm same day. This may not be possible on ocassions, in which case they will be sent next day. If there will be any further delay you will be notified by email immediately.

Delivery and conditions of Personalised Orders - The timescale for delivery of personalised products will vary. The delivery time for each item will be shown in the description of the item. Please note there will be no refunds for personalised items unless the items are faulty due to our error. We accept no responsibility for errors due to you providing the details wrong. If you realise that they are wrong after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and if the item hasn't been produced we will make the changes for you.

Delay in Receiving Orders - Ocassionally Royal Mail take longer to deliver parcels. Their timescales are 15 working days; therefore during this period it is not possible to send out a replacement or offer a refund- we need to give Royal Mail the chance to deliver the items. In these circumstances please contact your local Delivery Office to see if the parcel is waiting there for you- Postmen sometimes don't push the card through to say they have taken the parcel back to the Delivery Office.
